ORDER, PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
- Through this site you can make your orders and purchases. By placing the order you are deemed to be generating a firm commercial purchase order. You must make the payment by bank transfer or by SINPE Movil.
Provided that the personal data and those necessary for the shipment have been indicated correctly and sufficiently, we will proceed to request the shipment of the product to Correos de Costa Rica or Moovin.
The responsibility of the seller ends with the placement of the shipping order according to the data provided by the buyer. The shipping order will be placed no later than 2 business days after the full price of the products has been paid and the corresponding data has been received. The buyer must ensure that the address provided is within the scope or coverage areas of the delivery companies indicated for Costa Rica.
Outside of these areas, no deliveries will be made. You can contact us to see if another delivery mechanism is possible, which in any case will be at the buyer's risk and expense.

- The prices indicated on this site are final and include taxes.
In case of any in this regard, you can communicate with us by the means provided on this site. In order to be able to send you the electronic invoice you must send the necessary information (full name, identification, email, exact address and telephone)

RETURNS AND WARRANTY
- Once the sale is finished and the product has been delivered, NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED.
Only the card or cards that contains defects of factory and they are reported with evidence within 24 hours after delivery of the product.

- The personal information you provide will be treated privately. It is not shared with third parties except for the purposes of making the corresponding shipment and / or
to contact you for issues related to your purchase or request or additional inquiries including but not limited to asking you for an opinion about your shopping
experience. We do not have card payment options enabled so you should not provide this type of data.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
- The intellectual property rights of this game, including its methodology, story and characters, are duly protected so that any infringement of these rights would have legal consequences.

- The buyer waives any other jurisdiction and agrees that only Costa Rican jurisdiction applies and that any dispute must be resolved only by the courts of Costa Rica.
